Hassan hangs on to Molten BBL Player of the Month

Rashad Hassan has racked up his second Molten BBL Player of the Month award after continuing his red-hot form for London Lions.

After taking the opening accolade of the 2016-17 campaign, he now has another on his resume after landing the November edition too.

The forward was yet again the leader in the league when it came to performance efficiency valuation, with the statistical data complemented by results on the floor as Lions made it four wins from five outings during the period.

Hassan averaged 21.4 points per game and was the second leading scorer in the month, making his points at a stunning 69.1% from the floor.

He also accumulated a monthly double-double by hauling down 10.2 boards per game as the second best rebounder in November. He was the leading defensive rebounder with a colossal 41 boards in the period.

The closest challengers to Hassan for the gong were Jermaine Sanders of Leeds Force and Cory Dixon of Plymouth Raiders, who have both posted terrific individual months.
