Independant Risk Consultancy Announce Contract With Multinational Financial Services Company

A dedicated team at CRA will be working on the six month long project which will take an immersive and detailed approach in order to analyse the tools used to build server provisioning systems and the processes used to integrate consideration of the human component within the client’s very fast moving and dynamic environment.

CRA believe it’s the company’s innovative and forward thinking approach to the analysis of human error which has led to them being commissioned for the contract.

Commenting on the contract win, Jasbir Sidhu, Chief Executive Officer at CRA said, “We are absolutely delighted to be awarded this contract and start working with this highly acclaimed client. We pride ourselves on having an extremely highly skilled work force in our Human Factors stream of the business and across our other service deliverables and we’re thrilled that this has been recognised. All of our specialist consultants have trained in Human Factors and we also have a specialist team of qualified Human Factors practitioners who will be working on this contract.”

The company is looking to leverage the Human Factors expertise of CRA and use methods for both the quantification and qualification of analysis to generate recommended ways of increasing the reliability of human interventions.

CRA has worked on a number of highly detailed human factor projects including Future Submarine and the AJAX (C2 Variant). This new mandate will include a combination of psychology and engineering knowledge to understand the human to system interaction.

“We’re very much looking forward to seeing the results we achieve from this project. We firmly believe that we have one of the strongest integrated Safety, Risk and Human Factors approach to the industry,” continued Jas Sidhu.

CRA is an expert in providing risk analysis to safety-critical industries and has offices across the UK in London, Newcastle, Gloucester, Surrey and Warrington.
