Kimberley Darkes, 26, has joined the firm, which is based at George Stephenson Court, on Preston Farm Business Park in Stockton-On-Tees, as an agricultural account handler. Her job entails underwriting Farm Combined Insurance covering farm buildings, livestock and other property and Motor Insurance, which covers private and commercial vehicles.
Kimberley, who lives in Darlington, has climbed the insurance career ladder after working for seven years at BIB Underwriters, before joining the 40-strong team at Hendersons. Kimberley is bringing with her several years’ experience in the farming sector to her current role, as she has worked in Farm Combined Insurance for several years.
Kimberley said: “Henderson Insurance Brokers is very well-known and respected and I am very pleased to have joined the firm. The whole team is very hard-working, but also friendly and welcoming. I am looking to build my career in insurance with Henderson Insurance Brokers.”
