Jobs up for Grabs in Time for Christmas at Fast-Growing Newcastle Company

FRESH from announcing a recruitment drive to grow its workforce in the North East, Allay is holding a careers open day to fill 25 positions at its Generator Studios base.

Recently investing £350,000 to take an extra floor, with 120 staff currently working across the second and third floors combined, a variety of permanent roles are available with start dates before Christmas.

The company is looking for candidates interested in developing careers in areas of the business including customer service and sales, as well as case handling, business support, IT and administration. Apprenticeship opportunities are also on offer.

Taking place on Saturday 25 November from 9am to 3pm, attendees can pre-book one-to-one appointments to meet with the company’s head of HR and department leads. On the day they will benefit from a presentation to find out more about Allay, and go on a tour of the offices.

Formed in 2015, Allay provides back-end processing and technology systems to the claims management industry via its web and app-based processing platforms, and has handled over 2 million claims. Over 200 staff work across its offices in Newcastle and the North West.

Steven Bell, Allay’s managing director said: “We have some fantastic career opportunities available here in the region in line with our ambitious growth plans, and are keen to give those looking to take the next steps in their professional development the chance to find out more about the company and roles we’re recruiting.

“Whatever candidates’ qualifications and experience, we’re interested to find out what they could bring to the business. We are really passionate about employees’ development and those successful will work alongside our talented team and benefit from training and learning opportunities.”
