The workshop, organised by County Durham Housing Group, will be held on Tuesday, 15 March, from 10am to 12.30pm at Bowburn Community Centre, Durham.

Claire Maddison, Employment and Skills Officer at County Durham Housing Group, said: “A good CV can make or break your career, so it’s important that it clearly emphasises what you have to offer a prospective employer.

“Our free informal workshop will help attendees to focus on their strengths, identify transferable skills, and look at the best layout for their CV.

“Anyone wanting further information, or to book their free place at a workshop, should email employability@cdhg.co.uk or call us on 0191 349 7657.”

County Durham Housing Group’s Employment and Skills Team provides support to tenants of Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes to find a job, access training, gain apprenticeships and venture into self-employment.
