Michelle Minnikin joins the firm in a newly created role, Recruitment Manager – Strategy, from Balfour Beatty, where she was UK Resourcing Business Partner for three years, servicing its investment and corporate support functions.
Based at the firm’s Newcastle headquarters, she will work with John Wright, Scott Logic’s Recruitment Manager – Operations, to ensure the company continues to attract high-calibre software engineers and support staff.
Scott Logic prides itself on being a business focused on its people and their development, and has ambitious growth targets. As part of this, the company will continue to engage with and recruit for software developers at all levels, as well as testers and user experience (UX) designers. And Michelle, who is also a chartered occupational psychologist, will be tasked with finding creative ways to escalate the company’s growth strategy in order to meet these goals.
