London Doctor presents Ayurvedic Live Chat on YouTube (https://youtu.be/mIYF55BO6t0) with a focus on Ayurveda and Seasonal Allergies. Questions about Ayurvedic medicine will be answered in a Live Chat Event taking place on YouTube on Sunday 5th May. Dr. Deepa Apte, of Ayurveda Pura in Greenwich will be taking questions from the general public about all things relating to Ayurveda, health & longevity. Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest healing systems and dates back to the time when Yoga and Meditation were first practised. According to its teachings everybody has four physical and spiritual instincts: religious, financial, procreative and the instinct for freedom. Combined these create happiness, well being and creative and physical growth. Balance and good health are the prerequisites for these instincts to be fulfilled and must be maintained for them to be enjoyed. To help achieve this important foundation upon which rest of life is based, Ayurveda aims to promote good health in healthy people and restore health to those who are exhibiting ailments.
