The small primary school on the outskirts of Durham will soon see its outside space transformed into a ‘Woodland Village’ which will feature a rope climbing frame, play tower, hobbit house, teepee, reading chair and toadstools, a bridge, a tunnel and a performance area. There will also be new sports pitch markings and fun games markings on the existing yard.
Through funding made available by Browney’s sponsor, the North East Learning Trust, the playground will be installed in the summer holidays and we can’t wait to see everyone’s faces on the first day back at school!
