North East Connected

Anyone wanting to enjoy the peace and quiet of North East village life but still be close to a big city, may be able to find their dream home at the second phase of a stylish housing development.

Miller Homes has created Stephenson Meadows at Callerton – just seven miles from the centre of Newcastle – but which ticks all the boxes for anyone craving a rural lifestyle.

And at a special open day on 4 March, would be home buyers will be able to see for the first time the latest plans at the development.

Stephenson Meadows offers a mix of three, four and five bedroomed luxury homes in an area surrounded by countryside and with amenities such as golf courses, good schools and shops and restaurants close at hand.

At the event – which runs from 11am until 4pm – anyone who pops in will be able to discover all of the benefits of a new build home, as well as chat to mortgage experts, Safeguard Financial Services, who will be giving free advice.

Anyone interested can just turn up at on the day, but those who register in advance will be entered into a draw at each session for a hamper of locally sourced goodies, courtesy of Coastal Hampers.

Everyone who turns up on the day will also get a Miller Homes goody bag to take away.

The first phase of Stephenson Meadows has proved extremely popular with buyers and Phil Dougan, Sales Manager at Miler Homes North East, believes phase two will be equally well received.

“There are so many benefits to buying a new build home, particularly at a time when people are looking to save on costs,” he said.

“So buying a new home that has not only been built to the highest standard but is extremely energy efficient is a real plus.

“This is a fantastic location and perfect for first time buyers or people who want to grow their family in a place with a real sense of community.”
