Following a successful year of sales, Barratt Developments North East, which includes both the Barratt and David Wilson Homes brands, has announced its move to a new office, to accommodate the company’s growth. The new offices are located on the Watermark Business Park, Gateshead, and will house over 100 members of staff from the Barratt North East division.
- Following an 11% increase in reservations for 2016/17, the housebuilder has signed a 10-year lease for the new premises, providing space for further expansion and training for staff development.
- The housebuilder was also recently awarded five star status from the Home Builders Federation for the eight consecutive year, which is more than any other housebuilder.
