LUXURY high street jeweller Goldsmiths has unveiled the results of a recent investment in its Newcastle city centre store following a re-fit within its Eldon Square showroom.
The refurbishment includes the impressive addition of a brand new OMEGA ‘shop-in-shop’ and the launch of two established brands – Casio and Links of London – alongside its current range of watches and jewellery.
With the introduction of the OMEGA shop-in-shop area, customers are able to consult the team who will be on-hand to provide one-on-one, expert customer advice which Goldsmiths prides itself on.
The Eldon Square store’s revamp follows a £1 million upgrade to the city’s Northern Goldsmiths flagship store, which included building restoration works and extended customer service areas as well as the installation of both Rolex and OMEGA shop-in-shops.
It also coincides with ongoing investment into Newcastle’s main shopping centre, which most recently announced plans to refurbish two malls in Eldon Square creating the dining quarter at the centre’s Sidgate and High Friars shopping streets.

Goldsmiths Eldon Square store manager Sharon Devlin welcomed shoppers to an open shopping event on Saturday 10 October to celebrate with a glass of champagne.
