A SPECIAL pre-Christmas event will add to the magic of STACK Seaburn, with the opportunity to bag a unique gift at a late night shopping experience with a difference.
The Night Market UK is known for hosting spectacular evenings around the country and is now coming to Sunderland for the first time – bringing with it the opportunity to buy from vintage sellers, specialised crafters and independent traders from the North East.
And all of that will take place against the backdrop of Night Market’s live DJ and regular food and drink offerings.
The event is taking place on 11 December from 5.30pm to 10.30pm, with more than 50 stalls on offer at STACK’s lower level.
The Night Market will be a great opportunity for anyone looking for last minute gifts – or wanting to treat themselves – combined with a great night out.
The evening is both dog and family friendly, with visitors able to enjoy all of STACK’s usual attractions but with the added bonus of enjoying the many talents of the local artisan/maker community.
The Night Market UK has commissioned artist/technologist Ross Blair (www.trenchone.com) to create an installation celebrating Seaburn itself, which will be played on STACK’s giant screens throughout the night.
Tickets for the event are £4 each plus a booking fee for a single ticket or £7 – plus booking fee – for a double ticket and £3.50p for concessions.
They can be bought in advance at https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/the-night-market-uk/the-night-market-uk-stack-seaburn-christmas-special/p-donzo and also on the door at £4.50p full price and £4 for concessions. Children under 12 go for free.
Bobby Appleby, general manager at STACK Seaburn said it would be a brilliant event.
“The Night Market has got a great reputation for delivering spectacular events so
“It’s that time of year when everyone is on the hunt for those special gifts, so being able to have the opportunity to buy something unique and enjoy the full STACK experience will make a night not to miss.”
STACK Seaburn has a full programme of events and party nights taking place in the run-up to the festive season.
