Local housebuilder, Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, is helping Santa deliver festive cheer in Leeds this Christmas, by giving away ‘magic keys’ for children whose houses don’t have a chimney.

All the new homes at St Andrew’s View in Morley are chimney free, so children who live at the development and in the surrounding area can visit the development’s sales office throughout December to collect their special ‘magic keys’. This will help make sure Santa can still deliver some seasonal magic, despite not using his traditional entrance way this Christmas Eve.

Sam Wood, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Yorkshire West said: “We want to ensure that every child knows Santa can reach them this Christmas Eve, including the children who live in houses without chimneys, like our new homes at St Andrew’s View. We are urging children in Leeds to visit our sales office with their parents to pick up their free ‘magic key’ before December 24th so everyone can have a wonderful Christmas!”

St Andrew’s View is open 12.30pm – 5.30pm on Mondays, and 10.00am – 5.30pm on Tuesday – Sunday. The development is a stylish collection of three and four bedroom homes with fantastic transport links to Leeds city centre. Homes are available to purchase from £242,995.

Other Barratt Homes developments in the local area giving away ‘magic keys’ this December are Ashmeade Park in Pontefract, Vision in Keighley and Weavers Chase in Golcar. For more information on any Barratt Homes developments near you, please visit https://www.barratthomes.co.uk/
