Tickets for Hardwick Live 2015 have flown of out the box office, buoyed by an incredible main stage line up including legendary Manchester band, James, with very special guests Razorlight, 10cc, Embrace, The Beat, Scott Matthews and more.
Bucking the trend where major festivals have seen sales of around 80 per cent of capacity for the second year running, the sold out Hardwick Live looks as though it is here to stay.
Festival Director, John Adamson, is looking forward to August 22 event and said: “The demand for Hardwick Live 2015 has been extraordinary. We have an amazing team and we are thrilled that so many people will have the opportunity to see a host of the biggest names in British music performing live in the stunning grounds of Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield, County Durham.
“At the heart of the festival is our dedication to provide an experience that goes further than just a great line up. I’m convinced it is this that has led to the rapid growth of this festival. Our team and I have every intention of ensuring it achieves the status of a primary event on the national festival circuit as we continue to grow.”
The third annual Hardwick Live festival features three stages of live music, as well as fairground rides, and even hot tubs and towels for those fancying a dip.
There is even more quality to be found on the new Discovery Stage, championed by headliners Cast, which is designed to showcase the best in new and emerging talent from across the UK, as well as artists festival-goers may not yet have seen live.
The Discovery Stage also gives a nod to North East favourites Smoove and Turrell, Redfaces, as well as The Sherlocks and other great relative newcomers like Neon Waltz.
The separate Dome Stage will feature an array of comedy performances during the day, with DJ sets, headlined by Joey Negro after dark.
