North East Solicitors receive accreditation for Wills and Probate support

Hartlepool Solicitors Tilly Bailey & Irvine Law Firm has received re-accreditation under the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (‘WIQS’) for legal services in Wills, Probate and Inheritance.

The firm, which first offered its legal services in Hartlepool back in 1842, is delighted to receive continued accreditation as a scheme member recognised by the Law Society.

Tilly Bailey & Irvine’s Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts department, which picked up an award at the Probate Research Awards earlier in 2020, has held its Wills and Inheritance accreditation since 2017.

Partner and head of the Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts department Nicola Dalzell said: “We are proud to see the continuation of our Wills and Inheritance accreditation from the Law Society. We have always taken pride in our work for our clients, and to see that further recognised again is very warming news to our whole department and a testament to our service.

“During difficult times like these, we will continue to support the local community remotely with Wills and Probate matters. It is a time where a lot of us are thinking of each other, and more so thinking of families and loved ones and how we can further protect them during the current pandemic.”

Tilly Bailey & Irvine will continue to accept instructions for new Wills, Probate and Trusts legal matters during this current period of uncertainty.
