Partnership brings new North East properties to market

CaptureA leading North East property company has continued its partnership with a large regional housebuilder by bringing a £3.3m housing development to market.

Chartered surveyors and estate agent Bradley Hall has announced the development of eight new luxury properties at Lansdowne, central Gosforth, Newcastle.

The partnership between Bradley Hall and Gentoo follows a string of successful projects, including a partnership on an award winning development of exclusive new homes in Shaw Wood Gate, Durham city centre.

The development brings rarely seen new homes to the heart of Gosforth, which will include a range of modern four bedroom townhouses with double garages from £439,950.

Occupation is anticipated for December 2016 and plots will be available to reserve with Bradley Hall from Saturday 30th April.

Located off Spital Terrace, the properties benefit from prime access to all of Gosforth’s amenities and close transport links for commuters, with Regents Centre Metro station a short walk away and Newcastle’s Central Station set within 3 miles.

Peter Bartley, operations director at Bradley Hall said: “Bradley Hall is expanding its area of expertise by bringing exciting new build properties to market. We are looking forward to continuing our partnership with Gentoo and introducing the highest standard of new build properties to North East buyers, whilst providing even more opportunities for people to find their dream home.

“We will be helping buyers onto the property ladder with access to the government Help to Buy Scheme, which is available on a selection of new homes. This allows first time buyers submit a lower deposit of 5% and access to low mortgage interest rates thanks to a government loan contribution of 20% towards the property. We now offer assistance on all types of mortgage applications available through our financial arm, BH Financial Services.

“BH Financial Services can guide potential buyers through the sometimes complicated process of mortgage applications, which is particularly helpful for first time buyers or those who would like a professional to advise on which documents to submit, which mortgage will maximise their investment or the application process.”
