PEUGEOT Buy Online was first launched in 2017, making PEUGEOT amongst the first of the OEMs to provide a digital buying solution to its customers. However, PEUGEOT Buy online goes that step further, enabling customers to configure their car, personalise their finance, receive a part exchange valuation and place their order all from the comfort of their home.
PEUGEOT Buy Online now offers even more to its customers, with ‘Exclusively for You’. Customers visiting the website will be invited to register their details through the ‘Exclusively for You’ pop up, following which they will receive a unique reference code. This code, valid for 14 days, unlocks exclusive offers and allows our customers to buy or finance their vehicle without needing to leave their home*. In addition, if our customers do have any questions, the PEUGEOT team are on hand to answer them and provide any required support throughout the process.
In addition to our ‘Exclusively for You’ offer*, retail customers looking to finance a car can now ‘park the payments’. This means new Passport customers are able to take a three month payment holiday**, reducing the financial pressure during the current difficult circumstances.
Customers using PEUGEOT Buy Online are also able, should they choose, to take delivery† of their vehicle at home. Government guidance, in conjunction with strict social distancing and sanitisation measures, allow for the delivery of customer vehicles to their home. The safety of our customers and employees the highest priority, so these important measures will be strictly adhered to. These include: use of steering wheel, gear stick, seat and floor mat protective covers, control panel and steering wheel to be disinfected upon delivery, the delivery driver will wear gloves, mask and safety glasses, customers informed to wait three hours before entering their vehicle.
