Python Properties Begins £100,000 Investment & Enhancement Project of Middlesbrough Buildings

Commercial property specialist Python Properties has announced it has started a major £100,000 enhancement campaign to revitalise four of its landmark buildings in Middlesbrough.

The Middlesbrough-based firm is refurbishing the commercial properties, focusing on the existing communal areas, and installing new facilities, services and business zones.

Break-out spaces, additional conference and meeting rooms and fitness rooms will be installed in the properties, which already include art galleries, bistros and manned receptions.

The landmark buildings included in the project, which is anticipated to be completed within Spring 2017, are Cargo Fleet Offices, The Co-operative Building, Victoria House and Royal Middlehaven House.

In addition to strengthening the commercial premises, Python Properties is also installing a new virtual office facility, for businesses wishing to benefit from designated mailing and telephone services linked to a well-respected business premise.
