Specialising in aesthetic medicine, the business was established in 2013 by Susie Byass, RGN BSc MSc – advanced nurse practitioner and independent prescriber. Andrea who lives on the outskirts of Berwick-upon -Tweed with her two young children is joining Rejuvenating Solutions from NHS Lothian, where she has worked as a registered staff nurse within the children’s haematology and oncology department for the past 5 years. Having been mentored by Susie at the clinic in Berwick-upon-Tweed, she brings with her a wealth of experience of working within a busy ward in both an in-patient and outpatient capacity. Andrea has prided herself on providing quality specialised haematology and oncology care to children and families with a variety of conditions.
Commenting on her new appointment, Andrea said: “Throughout my nursing career and my role working within paediatrics I have experienced a varied range of challenges, which has developed both my clinical and non-clinical skill set. I am now extremely excited to be joining the team at Rejuvenating Solutions, which has an impeccable reputation for providing high quality patient treatment and care. I am relishing the opportunity to develop my nursing skills working alongside Susie.”

Recognised for her expertise in medical aesthetics, Susie, prior to setting up the clinic in Berwick-upon-Tweed has 32 years’ experience working within the medical profession as an advanced nurse practitioner. Susie has worked hard to cultivate and strengthen the business, establishing an extensive patient portfolio and is now acknowledged locally as a leading medical aesthetics practitioner. This was demonstrated last year when Susie was asked to join MERZ Aesthetics as a Field Clinical Specialist, acting on a consultancy basis.

With the appointment of Andrea we will now be able to offer our patients a Friday clinic, where Andrea will provide a range of treatments, which will enable us to satisfy the increased demand for appointments.”
