Rewarding your Ma-loyalty

Newcastle-based Malhotra Group plc, which owns venues across Tyneside, is to launch a new rewards card on 1 June.

For every £1 spent, customers will receive five points, which would equate to five pence and can then be exchanged for food or drink at any of the Group’s participating leisure venues.

Among the Newcastle bars taking part are The Butchers Arms, at Byker, The Duke, at Clayton Street and the Market Lane – known as the ‘monkey bar’ – in the city’s Pilgrim Street.

Osborne’s, at Osborne Road, Jesmond, The Three Mile Inn at Gosforth and the Scalini’s Italian restaurants, at Jesmond and Gosforth, are also included in the scheme, along with The Runhead, at Ryton and The Sandpiper, Cullercoats.

Each card will come with £5 worth of points and, to celebrate the launch of the new Maloyalty card, customers will be able to gain double points at all participating venues throughout June.

Loyalty card holders will also receive bespoke offers and birthday rewards.

“Each of our venues is fortunate in having a loyal customer base and this is our way of rewarding them for their continued custom, said Malhotra Group plc’s director of operations, Atul Malhotra.

“We also hope the Maloyalty cards will encourage users of one venue to try another and introduce first time customers to the breadth and range of venues in our portfolio.”

Maloyalty cards are available at all participating Malhotra Group venues and must be registered for use at http://malhotragroup.co.uk/maloyalty/.
