Tony will perform hits from Spandau Ballet and songs from his solo career, accompanied by his band, in a huge marquee set within the stunning grounds of the award-winning Rockliffe resort.
The black tie evening will include a champagne reception, three course menu created by Aaron Craig, one of the executive chefs from Rockliffe Hall’s three exquisite restaurants and all entertainment including an 80 minute set by Tony Hadley followed by a disco.
Prices start at £135 per person with additional residential packages available. There are also 20 VVIP tickets for sale (price available on request) which include seats at tables in the front row and a meet and greet session with Tony Hadley.
Rockliffe Hall will donate £5 from the sale of each ticket to two North East charities – the Alan Shearer Foundation and St Cuthbert’s Care. There will also be a raffle to raise additional funds for the charities.
As lead singer of Spandau Ballet, Tony Hadley has earned the reputation of being one of the pop industry’s greatest vocalists. Pioneers of the 80s New Romantics movement, the band formed in 1978 and had numerous chart topping singles and albums worldwide. ‘Gold’, ‘True’, Through the Barricades’ and ‘Lifeline’ are just some of the hits Spandau Ballet is renowned for.
After Spandau Ballet disbanded in 1989, Hadley pursued a solo career and has continued to entertain audiences all over the world with his stunning rich voice that has lost none of its power.
Of his forthcoming show at Rockliffe Hall, Tony Hadley says: “I am excited to be coming up to the North East to perform at this exclusive event. I’m fortunate to have performed at a wide variety of venues from huge stadiums to intimate gigs and I’m very much looking forward to performing at Rockliffe Hall.”
Eamonn Elliott, Chief Executive at Rockliffe Hall, says: “We are absolutely thrilled to be holding this event with Tony Hadley at Rockliffe Hall. We strive to offer a wide variety of exciting and unique events at our award-winning resort and this is absolutely going to be the highlight for us this year!”
