Sage is celebrating the good deeds of the most inspiring charitable people in the UK and US today. The accounting software company’s Charity Pioneers campaign recognises people who have dedicated their lives to a cause or charity. These people don’t always seek recognition for their work, but Sage believes that they should be celebrated nonetheless.

Whether they’re promoting causes like entrepreneurship, diversity or education, these hard-working individuals actively strive to make the world a better place for young people, women and girls, and military veterans. They come from a diverse range of backgrounds, yet they all have one thing in common – they’re changing lives for the better, and that certainly deserves appreciation. Sage has showcased the outstanding contribution to society from some benevolent, selfless people and has welcomed nominations for more charitable heroes. What’s more, Sage is also offering the sterling equivalent of $5,000 of funding from the Sage Foundation’s Enterprise Fund to a lucky charity associated with the winning pioneer.

The Enterprise Fund

Sage Foundation’s Enterprise Fund backs nonprofits’ brightest new ideas. Open to organisations with an income of less than $2 million; it offers funding to charities working with young people, women or girls, or military veterans. The Fund supports the creation of either new or piloted entrepreneurial programmes or initiatives that may go no further due to funding challenges.
