Spook-tacular Saturday at Preston Park Museum and Grounds

Screen Shot 2015-11-03 at 09.09.49THERE were ghostly goings on and all manner of spooky happenings at Preston Park Museum and Grounds on Saturday (31 October).

Weird and wonderful characters descended on the park transforming the grounds into a terrifyingly strange world for one night only.

Families and residents of all ages from across the Borough descended on the park to take part in the fun and frightening Halloween Spooky walk.

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council’s Cabinet Member for Arts, Leisure and Culture, Councillor Norma Wilburn, said: “The spooky Halloween walk sold out again this year.  It is one of our most popular family events and certainly lived up to all expectations.

“Everyone who took part definitely got into the mood.  There were some fabulous costumes and with ghostly goings on at every turn, what better way to mark Halloween?”
