Stepping Forward For Global Entrepreneurship Week

THE world’s biggest campaign to promote entrepreneurship is to be celebrated again next month (November) by members of the Middlesbrough Business Forum.

Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) marks its eleventh anniversary with backing from schools, universities, local authorities, businesses and enterprise support groups.

GEW 2014 – under the theme of ‘Get Connected’ – runs from Monday, November 17 to Sunday, November 23, with the focus on providing access to practical support and networks for current and aspiring business people.

The campaign also attracts and engages high-profile entrepreneurs who are enthusiastic about sharing their personal experiences and insights to inspire others.

The annual event aims to develop an entrepreneurial culture in the UK, giving access to business start-up information, networking, mentoring and local funding.
