Starting with Safeguard Security (NE) Ltd, well known for many years for the provision of security services in the North East region, the Group has recently added Safeguard Call Handling Services Ltd, to provide out of hours call handling to builders and contractors, and Safeguard Facilities Management Ltd, to provide support services to businesses.
The expansion has seen the addition of three new managers:
Gavin Graham, Contracts Manager, has a background in Security and Facilities Management and will manage client contracts to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
Hazel Wilson joins as Customer Service Manager for Safeguard Call Handling, and will bring her extensive Customer Service experience to the business to guide the ongoing provision of a first class customer service to new and existing clients.
Hilary Jaques has joined the organisation as Group Sales Manager. Hilary has a wide background in sales, marketing and business development, across a range of industry sectors, all underpinned by providing great customer service. Her understanding of business processes and developing relationships with new businesses are key in driving Safeguards Group of Companies forward.
