Visualsoft continues Newcastle expansion with new graduate hires

Leading ecommerce and digital agency, Visualsoft, has appointed three new graduate developers for its Newcastle office to drive forward its continued growth.

Ryan Conway, Joseph Hepperle, and Daniel Campbell all join the business as junior developers after graduating from Newcastle University, Northumbria University and the University of Sunderland respectively.

The Teesside-based agency, which also has an office in Manchester, plans to recruit more graduates to expand its growing team over the next six months.

This expansion comes following a period of sustained success for the agency, after having recently launched a brand-new website for reputable footwear brand Moda in Pelle.

Moda in Pelle have also just moved to Visualsoft’s shared success fee structure, wherein the agency bases the fees they charge on a percentage of the increased profits they bring for their clients, rather than charging upfront fees for their work as is the norm.

Chris Fletcher, channel development manager at Visualsoft, said: “Visualsoft is constantly growing and evolving its service offering, and in order to keep up with our client demand, we’re always in need of skilled PHP (Personal Home Page) Developers.

“We’ve got a number of fantastic universities on our doorstep supplying a pool of next-generation talent, so it made perfect sense to utilise this and kickstart the careers of these skilled young developers.

“Our new recruits will receive industry-leading on-the-job training from our highly skilled and experienced team, ensuring they’re equipped with the knowledge they need to pursue a long and successful career with Visualsoft.”

Ryan Conway, junior developer at Visualsoft, said: “Visualsoft meets my expectations of what a good company should look and feel like. After extensive research, I found the agency to be the perfect place to utilise the skills I have learned from university and to further my career.

“The company is going places and I’m looking forward to playing an integral part in its ongoing success.”
