With the first consultation free, the hypnotherapy sessions are designed to relax and free the conscious part of your mind, whilst stimulating and focusing on the subconscious to bring about positive change to all aspects of your life.

Launching a new and innovative concept, Amanda is offering a ten week course, aimed at kick starting your life and getting it back on track. The group sessions to be hosted in the comfort of your own home, together with up to five friends are designed to offer the opportunity to discover the inner you. The sessions will include hypnotherapy and support, whether you want to change the look of your body, be healthier, grow in confidence and self-esteem, manage stress and anxiety, become braver, be motivated or free yourself from yourself.

Commenting Amanda said: “It is really important that we feel good about ourselves, especially nowadays when people lead such hectic lifestyles, we very often put our own needs behind the needs of others.  Very much like when we board a plane, the flight attendant will instruct us all, in the case of emergency to put on our own masks before trying to assist others, it is pretty much the same concept in life.  To ensure that we are able to live a happy, healthy and positive life, we must address our needs and behaviour, which will in turn help us to have a positive and caring impact on the lives of others.

“Hypnotherapy should not be confused with stage hypnosis, hypnotherapy is used to create a heightened state of awareness enabling a qualified therapist to make suggestions to address and affect unwanted behaviour.  There is nothing more satisfying than to see the amazing results and positive impact the therapy has made to someone’s life – it really can make a huge difference.”

Realising and recognising that you want to help yourself can be the first stumbling block in your path to a happier life; Amanda developed the concept of the group sessions to create a safe and comfortable environment to offer people a way to explore new ways to enhance their lives and the lives of those around them.

For those people who would prefer a one to one consultation, Amanda offers a wide range of services from managing anxiety and panic attacks, taking control of depression, increasing self-esteem, building confidence, better body image, getting a good restful sleep and freeing you from fears and phobia’s.
