Springboard Business Centre in Stokesley continues to start the month off with a hearty Breakfast Briefing.
Next up on the menu on 12 February is ‘What you say and what your staff hear’- the art and science of communicating well with your staff.
Amanda McGough an Independent Nurse Consultant and Wellbeing Consultant will show how your communication skills can motivate and influence your staff’s behaviour to keep them engaged in your business. Understanding how your staff can process and interpret your communication, can increase effectiveness and efficiency in the workplace as well as reducing errors and improving working relationships

The monthly briefings are run by Hambleton District Council in partnership with the York, North Yorkshire, East Riding Enterprise Partnership and will take place on the second Friday of each month from 8 – 9am – and cost £5 per delegate, including breakfast.
