The Alnwick Music Festival is set to return from set to return from 9th – 11th August 2019.
A host of artists, both local and international, will play across the weekend and there will also be craft stalls, food vendors, licensed bar and children’s rides. The event will be held next to The Alnwick Garden with artists performing across two stages.
Alnwick is honoured to have some fantastic names appearing during the festival including Banjo extraordinaire Dan Walsh, Scottish folk stars Tannahill Weavers, the electric The Mighty Doonans, and the brilliant folk rock band folk rock band The Caffreys. Alongside the acts, the Alnwick Alive tent will be a hub of activity over the wekeend with a range of workshops open to all. So if you’ve always wanted to learn the ukulele or want to put your dancing feet to the test with a good ceilidh dance, or even have a go at rapper sword dancing, the Alnwick Alive tent is the place to be.
Both the Main Stage and Alnwick Alive Stage are under cover so regardless of the weather, you can enjoy the entertainment in comfort.
