A North East law firm is looking to the future with the appointment of two new Partners.
Clark Willis, which has clients across County Durham, the Tees Valley and North Yorkshire, has appointed Alex Spurr and Alister Jones as Partners to head up the Private Client and Property teams respectively.
The pair have 28 years of combined legal experience and even longer with each other, having studied together at Law school.
Alister said: “We are excited about the opportunities that developing and driving forward Clark Willis will bring. Alex and I have supported each other through our legal careers, from studying to becoming partners in this firm, and it’s significant to take this next step with a close friend.”
The pair, who have both stayed within the Tees Valley and North Yorkshire throughout their careers, are passionate about the area and would like the firm to be part of delivering the region’s, particularly Darlington’s, future.
Alex said: “I’m looking forward to becoming more involved in the community in addition to my existing charitable work with Darlington Bondgate Round Table and Santa’s sleigh.
“My focus is to bring even greater technical expertise to the Private Client side of the business, allowing us to provide legal assistance to a broader range of people from our offices in Darlington and Catterick.”
