Cushman & Wakefield has announced 84 promotions across its UK business including a promotion for its Newcastle office.
Chris Dent, part of the Newcastle Office agency team, has been promoted to Senior Surveyor.
Chris joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 and his exposure to both national and local markets has helped the Newcastle Office agency team win the EGi North East Office Agency Team of the Year in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
He is currently involved in the leasing of several high profile office buildings in Newcastle and was part of the team that successfully delivered the Convergys letting on behalf of Newcastle City Council at The Rocket.
