Going into the 3rd day of the National Junior league the Bishop Auckland A team of Lee Tinkler, Ed Sett and Troy Maddison had a 8 point lead over 2nd placed Darlington A.
The first match saw the A team play the Bishop Auckland B team of Kieron Bowes, John Waterworth and Alex Dickons again the A team came out 9-0 winners.
The A team didn’t stop there also scoring 9-0 wins over Darlington B and Northumbria. The results saw the lead extended to 10 points going into the last round of matches.
The B team found the going tough going down to Ormesby A with Alex Dickons and Jamie Collins picking up wins before finishing on a high with a victory over Ormesby B which keeps the B team in 5th place.
The club is open to people of all ages and abilities, running weekly coaching sessions and social sessions and is open to anyone.
