Banks Homes hosting Open House event at new Yarm development
Housebuilder Banks Homes is opening the doors to some of the new homes at its first Tees Valley development later this month.
The County Durham-headquartered developer is building up to 109 high quality family homes at its new Cornfields site, which sits off Green Lane the southern edge of Yarm.
It is the first Banks Homes development to feature show homes based on designs from the company’s bespoke range of new homes, with the five-bedroom Sheraton and four-bedroom Hawthorne properties already open for viewing five days a week.
And now, the housebuilder is hosting an Open House weekend on Saturday 28 February and Sunday 1 March to give potential homebuyers the chance to look inside some of The Cornfields’ different house types.
Four new homes will be open to visitors, ranging from three to five bedrooms in size, with members of the Banks Homes team on hand to showcase their different features and answer visitors’ questions.
A total of 11 different property designs will be available at The Cornfields, with all the properties being fitted with smart heating systems, air source heat pumps and electric vehicle car charging points.
The four and five-bedroom homes come with ground floor underfloor heating as standard, along with selected house types having 2.6m high ceilings on the ground floor.
The first residents will be moving into their new Cornfields homes in the spring, with 11 of the new properties already reserved.
