The team at the Bannatyne Spa Durham is celebrating after winning a trio of national awards.
All 45 Bannatyne Spas across the UK entered the Bannatyne Spa Awards, with Durham completing a hat trick of wins.
Therapist Leanne Westlake was acknowledged as the ‘Best Therapist for the North Region 2017’, while the spa was presented with the ‘Best use of Social Media 2017’ award and the ‘Best Mystery Shop Average 2017’.
The Bannatyne Spa Durham, which works in partnership with Elemis, has five therapy rooms, including single and dual treatment rooms.
As part of the Bannatyne Group’s ongoing investment programme, the café bar at Durham Health Club and Spa recently underwent an £80,000 refurbishment of its café-bar. It includes a children’s soft play area, as well as a new Starbucks for members and guests to enjoy.
