Bradley Hall expands head office team to support company growth

A leading North East chartered surveyor and estate agent has further expanded its head office team to support company growth.

Bradley Hall has added further support to its accounts and admin departments to help cope with recent and future expansion.

Admin assistant Amy Nicholls and accounts officer Tracy Cowe have joined the Hood Street operation following a series of commercial and residential contract wins for the business.

Amy, who is 20 and from Blyth, has recently joined the administration team at the company’s head office, supporting staff with valuations and filing, keeping client databases up to date, managing the website and client liaison.

The accounts team will also benefit from the addition of Tracy, who is 38 and from Washington. She has almost 20 years of experience in accounting and her duties will include credit control, client statements, monitor proforma invoices and bank reconciliation.

Neil Hart, managing director at Bradley Hall said: “The new additions to the head office team will further support our longstanding, new and future clients’ needs. We have handled a range of bigger residential and commercial instructions over the last 12-18 months and we required more staff to allow us to continue the high standard of service we provide to our clients.

“Tracy brings a wealth of experience to the accounts department, and Amy has already proven to be a key member of the admin team. We are also looking forward to further expanding the team as our company growth continues.”
