This short and sweet workshop is perfect for Crème Brûlée lovers who knead their fix but don’t have time for a full half-day session. In just one hour, participants will learn the art of doughnut making from expert Bread Ahead bakers, crafting and filling four exquisite doughnuts to take home. This hands-on experience is designed to fit seamlessly into a busy schedule—perfect for those on the move! Most importantly, it’s a chance to create and enjoy something delicious—while capturing that all-important snap for socials!
And if that wasn’t tempting enough, for the launch weekend only (Friday 2nd – Sunday 4th May 2025), Bread Ahead will offer a special 2-for-1 offer on all bookings made during that weekend. Book now or in advance—making it the perfect gift or treat-to-self all year long.
The first official workshops will run from Saturday 10th May, coinciding with the start of National Doughnut Week. A very special week on the baking calendar, National Doughnut Week sees businesses—including bakeries, coffee shops, and offices—come together to sell delicious doughnuts and raise vital funds for The Children’s Trust. In support of this delicious cause, Bread Ahead founder Matthew Jones has pledged to donate 10% of all bookings made during that week to The Children’s Trust, the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury and neurodisability.

These 1-hour workshops will run five days a week (Wednesday–Sunday) from Bread Ahead Borough’s brand-new Doughnut Studio, located on the ground floor of the bakery. Each session is limited to 10 participants and includes:
