A leading software development company which specialises in helping businesses to work smarter and more productively through the use of CRM systems has become the latest tenant to take up residency at Business Central in Darlington.

Global Management Platform Limited moved to Business Central to take advantage of the excellent IT infrastructure as it plans to expand and roll out its CRM systems which they have been developing. The systems will enable companies to manage administration, sales and customer leads more effectively with one powerful online system.

Managing director Kevin Maddison explains:

“Our aim is to help businesses excel in all that they do. By offering continual development of all our systems it ensures our clients get the most up to date functionality, helping them to discover limitless ways to boost business.

“We have an array of experience including property, financial, equestrian, and have even worked in the marine security sector.”

Global Management Platform also offer free informative workshops to small business owners to emphasise the benefits of using integrated administrative systems. Kevin continues:

“We understand that in order for CRMs to work effectively within the workplace, employees must be fully trained and willing to use the new systems. We offer a full training programme to ensure that our system is fully integrated into the business, which we feel gains the best results.

“As a software solutions provider high speed internet is vital to our company so locating to Business Central was a great move for us. The facilities are just fantastic. It’s in a central location and the office space is affordable.

“It also provides a professional and friendly environment in which to meet clients, which we first noticed when we came to visit Northstar Ventures, our capital investors who are also based at the centre.”

Vanessa Wood, centre manager at Business Central commented:

“I am pleased to welcome Global Management Platform who like many other businesses here were attracted to the state of the art building and the excellent IT facilities we provide.

“At Business Central we offer superb connectivity and each individual business has a dedicated bandwidth allowing us to offer high speed broadband to those that locate here.”
