Groups from across the North East are being given the chance to swap carols for chart toppers this festive season.
Throughout December, Ginger Parties, Gateshead, will be offering Christmas celebrations with a difference for colleagues, families and friends.
This includes the opportunity to record a song in the studio – be it a festive favourite or recent chart hit – and to work with an experienced sound engineer to ensure it rivals the tracks vying for the Christmas number one.
There will also be a chance to learn a choreographed dance routine and create a professionally edited music video as a memento of the day or a Christmas present to gift to loved ones.
Christine Dowling, who runs Ginger Parties with her husband Dee, said: “Ginger Parties offers an ideal seasonal celebration for groups of all ages, as well as a fun and interactive alternative to more traditional options.
“It is also a great opportunity for groups who may be struggling to come up with creative gift ideas, as we can provide copies of the song or video to share with family and friends.”
Ginger Parties’ seasonal celebrations are priced at £160 for up to 10 people, including printed invitations, a professional choreographer and studio engineer, private use of the studio for up to two hours and photographs taken throughout the session.
A professionally filmed and edited music video can also be purchased for an additional £25 with a USB memory stick, boasting the recorded song, photos and video, available for £7.50, ideal as Christmas gifts.
