The first family home on a small, luxury development on the outskirts of Hexham is due for viewing this weekend.
Bookings for a weekend viewing – on Saturday September 28 – of the first of eight homes at Coach House are now being taken by property agent Foster Maddison.
Coach House has been designed with a care for family living and the local environment. Accessed through its own private entrance, they have been designed and crafted by a local architect, constructed by a local builder.
Attention to detail and high-quality materials have been used throughout each home. Materials have been specifically chosen to reflect local surroundings.
Northumberland developer Birchdove Homes has created a bespoke development, set against a tree-covered hillside, off the main A695 Corbridge to Hexham road.
The site comprises eight, spacious, four and five-bed detached family homes in a peaceful, rural setting close local schools, a hospital and all essential amenities.
There are four house types combining traditional materials like stone, brick and slate with more modern design features incorporating zinc, a high amount of glass and timber-style cladding. Each home makes great use of glass and natural light. External design features create a varied and bespoke streetscape.
Internally, there is an emphasis on quality fittings within the kitchens, bathrooms, and WCs. Bespoke designer Schuller kitchens are available in a range of colours and worktops. Bathrooms feature high-quality Villeroy and Boch ceramic fittings.
Ed Seymour, branch manager at Hexham-based estate agent Foster Maddison, said: “Coach House will be one of the finest developments in the Tyne Valley, providing exceptional luxury living in a contemporary environment.
“The combination of high-quality materials used in the design and build have not only created striking homes but also a varied and stunning streetscape in a fabulous location.”
