County Durham football club announces partnership with Stoneacre Kia

Bishop Auckland Football Club are delighted to announce an exciting, new partnership deal with the Brandon branch of Stoneacre Kia.

The partnership, arranged between Bishops’ Commercial Manager Chris Burns, of The Merry Monk, and Stoneacre’s Jack McKeag, will see the Ebac Northern League football club enjoy the use of a Sportage Edition 25, in club colours, for a six month period.

Steve Coulthard, Chairman of Bishop Auckland FC said: “I am absolutely over the moon with this latest partnership with Stoneacre Kia that our Commercial Manager, Chris Burns, has negotiated.

“We have this brand new Kia Sportage Edition 25 in our Two Blues colours with the club’s main sponsor logo on for a six month period to help promote this fantastic dealership.

“Jack (McKeag) lives in Bishop Auckland and is very keen for us to promote their Stoneacre dealership in nearby Brandon and has also offered £500 off any new Kia with the production of the advert we have placed in our programme.

“In addition to this we will be looking at running competitions in order to continue promoting the partnership.

“This is a fantastic car and I’d like to thank Jack and Chris for putting this opportunity together.”

Voted as number one for customer service from the 189 Kia Dealers in the UK, Stoneacre Kia will provide the club with the 1.6 petrol car, in club colours, until February – they will also place two further Kia’s alongside the ‘Two Blues Kia’ at Heritage Park as well as the Stoneacre advertising board.

Jack McKeag, General Sales Manager at Stoneacre Kia, Brandon, added: “As a local business we’ve been searching for a way to strengthen our community links and the partnership with Bishop Auckland FC seemed like a great opportunity, for both parties.

“All of the staff at the football club have a huge passion in order to drive themselves forward and we’re extremely proud to support them in their mission with the use of one of our cars.”

Already in place with the club, Mr Coulthard and his hard-working team at Bishop Auckland FC, are looking forward to what promises to be a fruitful, and very visual, partnership between themselves and Stoneacre.
