A NORTH East hidden gem is throwing open its doors this weekend (28 May) to showcase everything it has to offer to couples wanting a wedding with the wow factor.
Bowburn Hall Hotel, on the outskirts of Durham, has benefited from a huge investment, which has seen the creation of stunning gardens and the addition of a number of garden lodges.
And now the hotel – which is also available for exclusive use – is holding a wedding showcase to highlight what it can offer to anyone preparing to tie the knot.
From noon until 3pm guests can enjoy drinks and canapés while exploring the hotel, along with meeting some of the preferred suppliers who can offer a range of services.
The hotel has 20 individually styled bedroom as well as five woodland cottages, which are all included as part of the exclusive use packages.
