HUNDREDS turned out to see a social media sensation as he stopped off in the North East on a UK-wide book signing tour today (2 June).
YouTube superstar, 22-year-old Caspar Lee, whose video blogs about his day-to-day life have amassed a worldwide following, was at WH Smith at intu Metrocentre, Gateshead, with mum Emily Riordan Lee.
The pair signed more than 700 copies of Emily’s book, Caspar Lee, which charts her son’s life and his rapid rise to fame, for ticket holders at the sold-out event.
