Trident Manor is one of the latest firms to join Business Central in Darlington to make use of its attractive facilities and effective transport links.

Established in 2013, Trident Manor is a specialist security, risk and crisis management consultancy. Their global experience and abilities enable them to support businesses and individuals to create a safe and more secure environment by introducing a means to successfully manage and reduce their security threats and risks.

A security threat can cause loss, harm or damage to an organisations assets. Trident Manor will identify operational risks such as insecure access points or staff working away from home. Technical vulnerabilities such as CCTV operations and physical operations such as insecure fencing will also be assessed in order to significantly reduce a security threat.

Providing advice and guidance through educating workforces is a large part of what Trident Manor does. The firm’s owner, Andy Davis, is keen to explain to businesses why protective measures are best introduced at the earliest opportunity.

“It’s about explaining what risks are out there and helping companies understand what they are and what they mean,” said Andy.

“The ideal client for me would be somebody who thinks there is a risk but doesn’t know what it is.

“If a client starts off as a small company, I can work with them from the start of their life cycle and right the way through their growth process.

“I will do this by discussing and understanding what service a client provides and then providing options and implementation to improve security in their environment.”

Andy is delighted to be centrally located in Darlington in order to attract top personnel to the area and to help educate the region’s businesses and individuals on the importance of risk management.

“I’ve had delegates travelling from around the country to attend a major security event at Business Central – the beauty of it is that I can attract top professionals here as guest speakers.” Andy commented.

Speaking more about Business Central, Andy added:

“The building, facilities and location just sold itself. The location gives us the transit routes through Durham and Tees Valley but our work also takes us to London and Edinburgh so the rail links are very important.

“This area is a regeneration hub and I’m glad to be here from the start because it means I’m established for the future – I’m looking at long term growth and sustainability.”
