Marking the start of seven day a week trading until Christmas in Dundas indoor market, the first Christmas Food and Craft Market features unique gifts, artworks, jewellery and vegan brownies.

Regular market traders Pretty Little Doll, Tessies Crafts, Ellenswood Pyrography, Stitch + Sew, Indigo Storm and Sci-Fi Station will trade on all three days alongside Janes Crafts, RARU Recycled Fabrics, The Smoggie Painter, Ellephant Vegan Bakery, Pottery and Ceramics by Tatjana, Terri Dee Jewellery and Usbourne Books.

They will be joined on Friday and Saturday by Over the Rainbow, Handcrafted Orange by Inna Rim, and Handmade Cards by Michelle.

Dundas Market tenants The Celebrity Gift Company, Rebeccas Toys and Gifts, and Gems Aromatic Scents will join the Food and Craft Market on the mall to showcase their products.  Jeans Kitchen, the café at the heart of the market, will hold its regular charity Tombola.

Traidcraft, selling unique and ethical Fair Trade goods, is open in the Dundas Centre from Friday 23 November until 21 December except for Sundays, while children can post their letter to Father Christmas in a special interactive Santa’s Post Box and watch their letter be whisked off to Santa’s home of Lapland.

“The Dundas Food and Craft market is a brilliant way to get the festive season off to a great start with best of unique food and gifts from visiting businesses, alongside our growing number of regular market traders, our new Fair Trade store and Santa’s Post Box,” says Dundas Market Manager David Harris.
