Durham City Homes yesterday (3rd November) announced the launch of a new 0191 contact number to complement the existing Freephone number.
Whilst tenants are still able to contact Durham City Homes using a Freephone 0800 068 0013 number a review of telephone services has led to the launch of a replacement 0191 contact number.
Any tenant who wishes to contact the organisation using an 0191 number can now contact Durham City Homes on: 0191 33 888 00
Tenants can still contact the organisation using the Freephone 0800 068 0013 but if they wish to use an 0191 number with additional charges they need to use 0191 33 888 00.
Simon Bartlett, Managing Director said “We would encourage all tenants to contact us using our 0800 068 0013 number as it is free on both landlines and mobile phones.
“We do understand though that some tenants like to contact us using an 0191 number and we hope they find our new number easier to remember.
