Tenants across County Durham are being asked to give their views on the services they receive from their landlord.
The 2016 Annual Survey of Tenants and Residents, or STAR, is being sent to 11,000 homes owned and managed by Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes, as part of County Durham Housing Group.
Around half of tenants across the group will be asked how they rate things like the quality of their home, the standard of their estate, and how they choose to receive day-to-day housing services.
Copies of the survey have been sent to half of the group’s customers, which can either be completed and returned by freepost or online at www.opinionresearch.co.uk/STAR2016, by 5pm on Monday, 11 July 2016.
By taking part, customers also have the chance of winning up to £200 of shopping vouchers in a free prize draw.
Louise Taylor, Head of Strategy and Performance at County Durham Housing Group, said: “STAR is really important to us to gauge an overall picture of how customers feel about our services.
“The responses collated will highlight key changes that residents want to see in local neighbourhoods, but also help us to take the right steps in making improvements across the county.
“This is your chance to have your say. It will only take a few minutes to complete and you really will be making a difference – and you never know, you could win a prize!”
Customers who have any queries about the survey, including requests for large print or other alternative formats, should contact Daniel Morris at Opinion Research Services Ltd (ORS) on 01792 535324 or via email at daniel.morris@ors.org.uk
