Evolution LLP adds to its team following Newcastle expansion

Screen Shot 2016-01-21 at 09.21.57North East accountancy practice, Evolution LLP, has added three new team members following its recent expansion into Newcastle.

The ambitious firm’s success in the Tees Valley and ever growing client base, gave it the opportunity to expand earlier this month, seeing the Wynyard-based firm open a second office in the Jesmond area of the city.

As a result of this development, Evolution has appointed Abu Ali and David Bell as corporate finance accountants and Louise Dickinson as an administrator.

The new employees have a wealth of experience in corporate finance and are looking forward to playing an important role in the visionary firm’s future.

Abu, who qualified as a chartered accountant in Teesside and has four years’ experience in corporate finance, said: “It feels great to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic, client focused firm, which I believe stands out from other practices in the region.

“I hope to strengthen the already impressive corporate finance team, as well as help the firm build a strong presence in Newcastle.”

David Bell, originally from Carlisle, fell in love with the North East after attending Newcastle University, where he completed his degree in economics and accounting.

David, who joins Evolution LLP having previously worked as a consultant and group finance director, says he is thrilled to be working with some of the leading financial advisers in the North of England.

Talking about his new role, he said: “The Evolution vision of delivering excellence to its client base and its pride in being a people-first, youthful and ambitious employer was a real attraction for me.”

Louise Dickinson hopes her conscientious and professional skills will benefit the firm by helping to advance the organisation and structure of the working environment, ultimately aiding sales and service.

With 15 years’ experience in management, Louise said: “I’m extremely excited to be part of such a friendly and professional organisation, supporting the corporate finance team to provide excellent administrative and client services.”

Evolution has enjoyed a period of success and growth in recent years, going through a brand refresh in 2014 and adding several members of staff to its established, experienced team in 2015, including the appointment of corporate finance director, Konrad Rutkowski.

Talking about the latest members to join their existing, outstanding personnel, Martin Barber, managing partner of Evolution LLP, said: “They are a team that already has a very good reputation in the North East and are totally on brand, as we seek to become a hub for peerless talent.”

Martin, who is hoping the trio will use their wealth of experience to help give the firm a greater foothold in the North East, continued: “The best people provide the best service and that’s precisely what we want for our clients.”

Associate member and head of taxation services, Tim Mallon, has been appointed to head up the Newcastle office and is ecstatic with the new office and team.

He said: “This has been a great start to the year and we’ve settled into our new surroundings quickly. We’re privileged to have Abu, David and Louise join the Evolution family and I believe they complement the fantastic, devoted team we already have here.

“Jesmond is an ideal location for our second office, as it will strengthen our presence in the North East and Newcastle has a thriving business community, which we just can’t wait to be a bigger part of.”
