Alex Gates joins Explain as their Marketing Director after five years of running her own business, Marketing Wand.
Alex tells us;
“Explain were a client of mine, and after a few months of working with the team as a marketing consultant, it became obvious that joining the business on a full time basis would be a huge benefit to all.
I’ve known Explain in a number of capacities over 15 years. I have personally commissioned research projects to Explain and have always been delighted with the standard of work and the professionalism of the team. After providing consultancy to Explain since April this year we identified various opportunities, which meant they required a full time marketing professional.

Explain’s brand new website with clear service offerings was launched this week, which is just the start of the new sales and marketing journey for the business.

Also joining the business is Sam Riley as a Market Research Executive and Anna Wiltshire on a graduate trainee scheme as a Market Research Assistant.

Sam is an excellent addition to the team as he comes with a wealth of experience across sectors such as leisure, tourism and local authority. Anna is our 4th graduate trainee of 2015 and supports our team on the delivery of various qualitative and quantitative projects.”
