MIDDLESBROUGH’S historic Stewart Park is playing host to a number of fun events for all the family in the build-up to the festive season.
Monthly Farmers Market & Craft Fair
Sunday, November 22 9am – 2.30pm
Locally produced food, drink and crafts in and around the Bolckow Visitor Centre.
Christmas Frost Fair
Sunday, December 6 10am – 4pm. Entry free
Run in partnership with Askham Bryan College and Northern Dales Farmers Market, come along and sample a festive day out featuring music, fun, food and crafts.
Buy and taste seasonal treats from the farmers market and cafe, purchase seasonal gifts from the craft fair, Hot chestnuts and Christmas wreaths, visit Santa and help raise money for local charities by placing a Christmas Wish on the Christmas tree or take part in the prize draw.

Saturday, November 21 9.30am – 12.30pm
Sunday, November 22 10.30am – 1.30pm (Junior & Young Rangers)
Monday, December 14 12.30pm – 3pm
Space is limited to 10 per session – booking essential and includes refreshment. Natural materials will be provided but those taking part are welcome to bring additional decorations.
All sessions are open to all ages, with weekend sessions particularly suited to families with children under 12.
National Tree Week Arts & Craft Sessions – 70p
Wednesday, December 2 10.30am – noon or 1.30pm – 3pm
All decorations will be used to decorate trees in Henry Bolckow Centre – this session is suited to families of all ages.
