Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

Free course asks whether chocolate is the best word in the English language

A landlord’s free course combines the world of English with chocolate.

‘Choco English’ is a new 10-week training programme from Dale & Valley Homes that brings together reading, writing and grammatical skills with some tasty treats.

From Thursday, 9 February between 10am and 12pm at Mickle Grove Community Training Hub in Leeholme, attendees can brush up on their linguistic skills and work towards a qualification suited to their needs and understanding.

Kimberley Batey from Dale & Valley Homes said: “Our Choco English course isn’t the most conventional approach to the classroom, but we hope attendees will reap the rewards.

“We have devised this informal training programme to allow people to learn at their own level, have fun and eat chocolate at the same time!”

For more information and to reserve a place call Kimberley Batey on 01388 770 974 or email k.batey@daleandvalleyhomes.co.uk

Help to attend the course, including transport and free childcare, can be arranged.
